To login you can either visit www.dental-referrals.org or use the direct link here

Enter your username and password provided by the Referral Centre and then select the number you wish to be contacted on.

Please Note:

Please Note: the Username and password are practice and not person specific so all users at a practice utilise the same details. If you have given us a single phone number, the system will ring or text you with a PIN number that needs to be entered on the next screen.

If you have provided the practice landline and it has call handling or an answering service on the line the PIN will not get through as the automated system does not know it is not a real person answering the phone. PLease contact the referral centre to add a mobile to yo

Enter your PIN number and login to be taken to your dashboard to begin referring.  A new PIN is required every time you login, this is called two-step verification and is an essential part of the system security as required by the NHS

You can add and change numbers once you are logged in please see the "Adding telephone number" guide for more information

Pin Delays

On rare occasions the PIN text system experiences delays. If you have not received your PIN number after 30 seconds, please use the back button on your browser and try again using the option for a call as opposed to SMS. If you cannot login due to PIN errors please contact us and we can create an emergency PIN for you.
