Your Invoice Advice Form

In certain areas you will receive an activity and tariff advisory note or invoice. These will be comprised of two or more

First Page - Your activity and tariff

This is an example invoice that shows your activity based on main tariff elements, for example assessments, treatments and sedation.  In some areas these will differ based on your local IMOS contracts. In some areas there will also be an example of waiting times based on assessment of the last 100 and 500 patients seen in your service.

Episodes of care are charged for in the month that they are discharged from PReSS.  You can see more about how to discharge patients here - please see the related articles section.  Its important to ensure that you discharge your patients in a timely manner to both ensure payment and that the waiting times are correctly updated.

Reconciliation Data

In order to help you reconcile the payments against activity page two onwards will contain details of the payment tariffs applied to your account and also the individual cases billed that month.
