Problems: Image not Capturing

In the first instance please ensure that you are looking in the output folder identified on in the tab on the scanner software.

The scanner does not make a noise or show any indication when you use the capture button, therefore checking the output folder is the only way to see if the image has scanned.

Using the / or \ in the file name will cause the capture to fail. For example: Chris Rad 01/02/18 will not work. However Chris Rad 010218 will.

If the output folder is correct and the file name is as described above you may have an issue related to the user profile on your computer.

This can be resolved by setting the output to the C drive (C:) and then the Temp folder. you will need to access this folder to be able to attach the images to the referral forms.
