Capacitee Emergency Department Video

Capacitee can be accessed by Emergency departments/ A & E to allow patients to be booked in to primary care providers slots. This is not considered as the "correct route" for patients to find this care as they should do this via 111. However, it does mean that patients that have presented in an ED can be booked into an available slot, helping to provide care and closing our the instance at the hospital.
