Sending Treatment update/request to GDP

From the pre-treatment or active treatment sections of your dashboard click on the URN and then select either  or

Complete the metrics on the left of the box that opens, and then select the button on the right:

This section needs to be filled in as it populates the letter the referring GDP receives:

At this next step you can add radiographs, images and documents (treatment plans) that will attach to the referral in the GDP's system:
