Rejecting a patient you have accepted

If you have accepted a patient you can till reject them to the GDP or direct them on to secondary care. Click on the URN and then select either Report or Discharge (This option changes dependant on the tab the referral is currently in)

Once the window opens you have a range of discharge options available on the right of the screen:
