How to find what version of Exact I have

Find your version of Exact (Software of Excellence, SoE)

Different versions of EXACT need to use different integrators.  We may need to know what version of Exact you are using.

Select the HELP menu in EXACT and selecting ‘ABOUT’:

You will see that this is version 12.11.  If your EXACT version is higher than 12.11 then your data are encrypted and you will need the SoE Integrator
