The scanner software and the scanners work on all versions of windows from Windows XP to Windows 10.
There are no restrictions on the software and the scanners are tested before they are dispatched to you.
Unfortunately your IT support have in many practices been unable to get the scanners working in your practices, this is to do with the security policy in place on your machines.
This is outside of our control and should be raised with your IT people directly.
