Problems: Found the right driver but it stops working

If your scanner software opens but shows an error message once you have selected the USB 2.0 camera and attempted to move one of the controls:

  1. Please close the software, re-open it and select USB 2.0 Camera; then close the software again.
  2. Now re-open the software and the orange light should light-up on the front of the scanner and it will work correctly.

There is a similar issue where there is no camera selected:

  1. Close the software, unplug the scanner, plug it back in.
  2. Open the software and select the USB 2.0 Camera; then close the software again.
  3. Now re-open the software and the orange light should light-up on the front of the scanner and it will work correctly.
