Discharged Referrals

Once a patients treatment is completed, or is returned back to you from a primary care provider with a treatment plan, you will receive an email notification to the username email address.

You can access the discharge letters from the “Discharged” tab on your dashboard as below:

Please note: The hospitals do not use our PReSS system so discharge letters will come through the post, not through our system
