Discharged Referrals

Once a patients treatment is completed, or is returned back to you from a primary care provider with a treatment plan, you will receive an email notification to the username email address and to your phone or personal NHS mail (if you have configured this in your practice's dashboard)

You can access the discharge letters from the  “Discharged” tab on your dashboard as below:

Please note: The hospitals do not use our PReSS system so discharge letters will come through the post, not via the referral system
