Rejected Referrals
Notifications of rejection are sent to the email address that is your practice username. If you have entered your mobile number and/or NHS email address into the configure notifications boxes you will receive notifications to these as well.
In order to read the rejection letters you need to log into your dashboard and select the rejected tab. Once this opens click on the URN (NOT the Re-submit forms button)
This will open a new window where you can select the rejection letter; clicking on it will open it in your browser for you to read. You can the use the re-submit forms button to amend the referral with the additional information (or radiographs), that the triager or provider has requested.
If you cannot provide the requested information please explain why on the referral form.
