Saving Copies of the Referrals

The referrals are stored within the referral system, you can request copies to be sent to you automatically IF you have an nhs.net email account.

You can download copies manually by selecting the URN and using "Download attachments as single PDF" at the bottom left of the window that opens.

This can be set up in the settings part of your dashboard at the top right:

Click on  Configure notifications and enter your nhs.net email address in the box provided

The top box is for the practice address, however if you have a personal nhs.net this can be entered alongside your name and GDC number
